There are very few hypoallergenic products. In fact, there are no hypoallergenic products, because there is always someone that is allergic to anything. That being said, so called “hypoallergenic” products generally speaking tend to use ingredients that in most clinical studies have shown little to no reaction with even sensitive skin types that have been tested. These ingredients are not like retinol or benzoyl peroxide or alcohols, which are likely to irritate and dry out while damaging the skin. They are more like jojoba oil, which has no toxicity, and unless you are allergic, will not cause problems in general. They are like baby wipes in some ways in even gentler forms. There are makeups of course.
But there is one line that I would recommend if you have seriously sensitive skin. It is called Epuri, and frankly it uses only extremely natural ingredients. I would start out with their water moisturizer. It basically turns into water on your skin while still managing to lightly and effectively moisturize the skin unlike water in and of itself could do. After that, of course you can try their other products, and they have a number of different choices depending on what you need. But all of their products are equally gentle and equally pH balanced for that matter.
